This past week I went to Florida for the 2026 Women of Hope Retreat and it was definitely something I will never forget! There is something special and powerful that happens when you are surrounded by people who not only believe in Christ but SURRENDER to Him! Having a community of sisters that don’t judge but pray with you. They don’t just talk the talk but they truly live it. It cost everyone that came on the retreat something just to be there. Everyone using their time wisely to be transformed by God. Leaving different than we arrived. 🦋

What I learned during this retreat is that God is bigger than any storm we go through! I choose to anchor ⚓️ my hope in God. (Hebrews 6:19) Sometimes we get so consumed by our trials/storms that we forget that those things don’t leave here with us when God calls us home! Our souls, our spirits, our hope, our intimacy, & our relationship with God are the things we take with us. God already gives us the tools before going through the storm! Just because we don’t like the weight doesn’t mean it’s not producing. When we get so caught up in the storm we start fighting against the very thing God is using to develop us! God sends the storm to reveal the weight we’ve been carrying! Once we relinquish control, God can fully move! We will never be able to fully surrender what we refuse to acknowledge.

Iron truly does sharpen iron ⚔️! We are strong individuals but when we come together there is something powerful that arises within us. Operating in unity sharpens us! I am beyond Blessed to have every last one of these women in my life! I thank God for them daily! Thank you @pastor_liz_rodriguez because I know putting this together really costs you and not just financially but because of your leadership and obedience to God we left Florida transformed, sharpened, and renewed!! 🙌🏾💕🥹

The team at Fitness Factory is locked in and ready for the busiest time of the year! Whether it’s the $35/month 12-month commitment or the $45/month no-commitment plan, we are bracing for the crowd. We’ve got the equipment polished, the energy high, and we’re even prepared for some “aggressive” recruitment tactics to get people through the doors! Just a heads up: watch your form, or you might find yourself in a surprise training session you didn’t ask for. Let’s get to work! 🏋️‍♂️🔥

I’m still processing everything that happened on this retreat! I’ve never experienced anything like this before! The way God truly showed up and showed out even after we got back to Jersey is blowing my mind! I genuinely have no words to describe what happened but I most definitely feel more connected to the women of HOPE! Most importantly I left Florida different than I arrived! 🦋
