What a blessing to complete 6 months / 182 days of training at the seasoned age of 65.

I set out to complete 90 days straight of fitness and felt like I had more in me. By Gods grace, I was able to complete 182 days straight. Some days looked like 5am workouts at the gym and others consisted of 30mins of core on the floor of a hotel room or in the basement. No matter where I was I tried my best to remain focused and committed. I share this to encourage you no matter where you are in your health journey there is always more to give. You owe it to yourself to be the best version of yourself. God bless 🙏🏾

STRONGER ATHLETES START WITH HEALTHY BODIES. 💪

We were SO excited to be part of the Legacy Gymnastics Wellness Workshop last Sunday 🤸‍♀️✨

And we have to give a huge shoutout to @legacygymnasticsal Coach Bri for recognizing that developing incredible athletes is about SO much more than what happens inside the gym.

She is investing in the whole athlete — movement, strength, nutrition, recovery, pelvic health, confidence, and long-term wellness. 🙌🏼

That kind of leadership matters. ❤️

We brought together an amazing group of professionals to give athletes, parents, and coaches practical tools they can actually use to help their athletes:

🏋🏼‍♀️ Build strength & conditioning in a way that is natural and healthy for their joints with Coach Sim
🩹 Prevent injuries & recover well with Dr. Natalie
🧘🏼‍♀️ Understand pelvic floor & core health as a young female athlete with Dr. Steph
🥗 Fuel their bodies for energy & performance with Functional Nutritionist Lauren

Because we don't just want athletes who can perform at a high level today.
We want to help build strong, confident, healthy humans who can continue doing what they love for years to come. 💪🏼

Thank you, Coach Bri, for caring enough to invest in the WHOLE athlete. We’re honored to be part of it!

Want us to come talk to your athletes?? Let me know!!

Summer 2026 was an incredible experience, and I’m so thankful for my teammates, coaches, and everyone who helped make this season special. Playing alongside this team pushed me to grow every day, both as an infielder and as a teammate. I finished the summer with a .394 batting average, a .704 slugging percentage, 7 doubles, 3 triples, 3 home runs, and 26 RBIs in 71 at-bats. I’m proud of what we accomplished together and grateful for every opportunity to compete. I can’t wait to keep working, keep improving, and see what the future holds. Thank you, Gametime Fastpitch, for an unforgettable summer! 🥎💙

Thank you, @castilleacademy for such an amazing and impactful summer!

This picture is from my first ever class back in mid May, and little did I know that I would be changed and challenged by the people inside these four walls. Through all the weird workouts and difficult training sessions, the presence of the Lord was always within this facility. I’m so thankful for all the coaches that poured into me and believed in me this summer; spiritually and athletically. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!
