How to end every mealtime on a positive note 🌿

The way we close a meal matters just as much as how we start it. When mealtime ends with calm and positivity, babies and toddlers build a healthy relationship with food — one that lasts a lifetime 🤍

Here’s how to make it stick:

✅ Celebrate the effort, not just how much they ate
✅ Keep the atmosphere relaxed — no pressure, no stress
✅ Let them signal when they’re done and honor it
✅ Make cleanup part of the routine, not a punishment
✅ End with a warm word or a little song — it signals safety

And having the right seat makes all the difference 🪑 Feed Me keeps your little one comfortable, secure and at the right height — so they can focus on exploring food instead of fighting their chair. Whether at home, at a restaurant or on the go, Feed Me grows with your mealtime routine 🌱

Positive mealtimes today = healthy habits for life 🤍

"You're carrying them again?"
Of course I am. 🤍
One day they'll ask to be carried for the last time, and we won't even know it's the last.
Until then, we'll carry them a little longer.
