Over this past weekend, I hosted my first solo yoga event. The nerves were hitting me, there were some cancellations, and it crossed my mind to reschedule or just cancel it altogether.

But I knew that my higher self is the version of me that would do it. I feel lucky to have a support system that reminded me I can do it and to have awesome friends show me support by showing up.

I’m so happy I hosted it and got to be with a lovely community space! Yall make me feel so rich in life! 😋💗🧘🏻‍♀️

For the past couple of years, I’ve wanted to create more space for community so it was a DREAM COME TRUE to have seen a community yoga class come into fruition! I feel so lucky to have taught alongside such kind and hardworking women and to have led a present and curious group of friends and family!!

I hope this is only one out of many more community classes in San Francisco! For those who attended or those who hope to attend in the future, please feel free to reach out with questions or suggestions!! Until the next one ✌️😋🤩💗✨🪩🪷

Congratulations to our Spring Full-Time 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training graduates!!!

Over the last 4 weeks, this amazing group completely immersed themselves into the practice of yoga, diving deep into anatomy, sequencing, philosophy, and the art of holding space. They showed up raw, stayed dedicated, and supported each other every single step of the way.

Watching them transform from students into confident, compassionate teachers has been nothing short of magic. The studio community is so lucky to have your energy.
