Big moment Mob!!!! I am so excited to reveal the cover of our brand new cookbook, Mob One!! 115 stunning, delicious recipes, all cooked in one pot, pan or tray. Over the years, we have often asked our audience the things they find most tricky and tiresome about cooking. Invariably, the main response comes back is too much effort, and washing up. When you want to make some tasty for dinner, you don’t want to bother with frying something here, grilling something there, lots of different elements and techniques, You want to bang something in a pot, let it simmer, relax, and then enjoy a lovely meal.
