Intern black shirt ceremony last night. A tradition like no other here at Winchester Spine and Sport.

This is more than a shirt. It marks the moment our interns become part of the team, culture, and legacy we are building!

Proud of this group💙

Meet Cate Ziegler, our new chiropractic fellow from Logan University! Originally from Aurora, Ohio, Cate earned her degree in Human Nutrition & Exercise Science from The Ohio State University.

Cate is passionate about helping patients move better, recover faster and stay active through individualized, movement-based care. Her approach combines functional rehab with techniques including DNS, MDT and dry needling to help patients return confidently to the activities they love.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her at the lake, waterskiing or exploring Northeast Ohio parks.

and just like that… a chapter comes to a close and another one begins 🥹🤍

Logan and STL gave me memories I’ll carry forever, the kind of friendships everyone hopes to find, and someone I truly can’t imagine life without. These past few years of grad school shaped me in ways I’ll always be grateful for, and I wouldn’t change a single moment with all these people 🤍

NEXT STOP: preceptor + a move to Indiana 🤩

On Monday, Tati introduced a case she has been treating in clinic! It was so great to learn from a real life patient case and how rehab can be applied!

Such a surreal moment being back on Logan’s campus for graduation. I am Endlessly grateful for my family, friends, and Brady for the constant support every step of the way. So excited to see what the future holds as I step into this next chapter as Dr. Katie Phillips 🎓
