How are we flying through the summer holidays so fast?

In between photography work, & running a couple of beautiful events (& attending some lovely ones too), enjoying some lovely family time & embarking on a little camping adventure, packing, unpacking; sorting school uniforms, celebrations & entertaining the kiddos (well, the smallest one) & running around after the bigger ones… The summer seems to be slipping through my fingers… but there’s still time to take a breath.
And besides juggling a little work this morning, I’m casting aside my to do list & setting aside this weekend to press pause, and just slow down.
Hope you’re having a chance to enjoy some down time this summer whatever you’re up to ☀️ xx

Sometimes you’ve just got to ride the wave and practice the art of letting go 🧘‍♀️ xx

Hope you’re having a good start to the week, and if you’re having a bumpy one, maybe take a moment to unclench your jaw, soften your shoulders, take a deep breath in, hold for 4 seconds and take a beautiful long exhale… repeat 3 times. 🫶

Relax. Breathe. You’ve got this! ✨

I believe wellness should feel supportive, realistic and achievable, especially for busy women juggling everyday life. Through gentle movement, mindfulness and simple self-care practices, I help women feel calmer, stronger and more connected without the pressure.

If you’re craving a softer approach to wellness that actually fits into real life, you’re in the right place.

We tried to record a quick message to say how excited we are to welcome everyone to our yoga retreat next Saturday… but we couldn’t stop laughing and had to do about 10 takes 😅

Safe to say we’re very excited to spend the day with you all on the mat. See you soon!
