So thankful for the best week in Des Moines. Thank you to my friends, family, and crew for all of the help and support along the way. This was an absolutely legendary way to close out the busiest but best summer of my life. TYJ🙌🏆

When I was 9 years old, I watched a group of green coats tail juniors around the ring and I remember thinking to myself, “I want to be just like them someday.”

Fast forward 10 years and that dream has finally come to fruition. I can’t thank my family, friends, and crew enough for the support this past week. Showing is my passion, and it’s where I feel at home. From meeting new juniors around the country, to getting soaking wet in front of hundreds of kids, to watching my two best friends win showmanship and experiencing some pretty awesome moments in the ring, none of it would’ve been possible without some faith and people who believed in me.

Thank you to my parents and brother, for none of this would’ve happened without you. Thank you to my cousins for always feeding at home when we’re gone. A huge thank you goes to the Younge Family, Lucas Ennis, Luke Paplow, the Dal Porto crew, Brad Ewing, the VanVliet Family, Catie Collison, and all of my friends and family who have supported me during this journey. I also want to thank Reid and Emily Nichols for keeping me faithful, grounded, and always thankful for each opportunity showing cattle has given me. You guys are the best of the best and I’m absolutely blessed to get the opportunity to work with you guys.🩷

If it weren’t for some pretty stellar past green coats, that little 9 year old girl probably would’ve never considered running for the board. I am absolutely humbled and honored to serve the NJAA the next two years and can’t wait to see where this opportunity leads my 6!
