1st summer in our Southport Cottage🇺🇸 filled with renos, thousands of miles 🛻 and help from family & friends 🫶🏼

*not pictured are the nights neighbors brought over dinners, eating off the porch as a dinner table, making dinner with an air fryer until the kitchen was done, a hot water heater with 2 minutes of warm water, and debris everywhere (couldn’t be more proud of Catie❤️)

Episode 12 is live 🤍

This week I’m joined by Catie McDonald, fiancée of pro hockey player Trevor Gooch, currently playing in Germany. We talk about saying yes even when it’s uncomfortable, embracing a life you never planned for, and the little nostalgic moments that come with living far from home.

It honestly felt like two girlfriends swapping stories — her energy is contagious and her perspective on this life is so refreshing.

A lot of the best parts of life happen just outside your comfort zone. 🤍

Our guest for Episode 12 is Catie McDonald, fiancée of pro hockey player Trevor Gooch, currently playing in Germany. She shares how saying yes — even when you’re tired, unsure, or don’t feel ready — can lead to growth, connection, and experiences that truly change you.

This was such a fun conversation — her energy is contagious, her perspective on this life is so refreshing, and it truly felt like two girlfriends just chatting and swapping stories. She is the sweetest. 💛
