Roughly 3 years in the making and my first ever film is officially complete! What once started as an idea for a creepy YouTube series bloomed into something so much more. At 24 years old I knew I wanted to create something bigger than what I’ve done before. At this point I already had a couple of short story books self published and felt the urge to create something new, different, more challenging for myself. So, after going on a Weird NJ trip with my childhood friend I discovered the perfect location for anything horror. Next thing I know I’m being introduced to Backstage and the floodgates simply opened. Now with the ability to post my creative project for others to join, the project could grow larger in scale. Now it’s not just me and a cameraman, there’s access to actors and actresses, opportunities to add more characters, to flesh out the script. Suddenly the project was bigger than anything I ever originally imagined adding stress and issues I never thought of either. Still, I couldn’t be more grateful, and thankful to meet the people I’ve met to make this film come to life. I deeply appreciate everyone who helped make this happen. To those I made hike through winds and sands, being exposed to questionable building conditions, trusting a first time filmmaker in myself. Thank you to everyone, your trust in me helped birth my company Caveman Entertainment. As much as there’s pride in saying I did this or did that, as I turn 27, starting my own company, finishing my first film, submitting it to 3 different festivals, having a film currently in post production while another is in pre production with yet another having a script pending. None of it would be possible without the help I’ve received along the way. Thank you all for the support in helping me lay the foundation to achieve my dreams. Know I’ll always lend the same support towards you. PMH TAPES 10.30.26 #firsttimefilmmaker #indiefilm #njfilm #indiehorror
