Spent some time with this great helper placing brochures and flyers at downtown, Harrisonburg businesses this afternoon! Got to see a cool cat and enjoy some popular corn, too!

Excited for our Grand Opening in just a few weeks! Will you be joining us?

At Anicira, we’re constantly reminded that the greatest impact happens when people and organizations come together with a shared purpose. We’re so grateful to partner with incredible groups like Cat’s Cradle, whose dedication helps make lifesaving veterinary care possible for so many pets.

Working together allows us to reach further, connecting more animals with essential care like spay/neuter services, surgery, and preventative medicine. These collaborations help remove barriers and give more pets the chance to live long, healthy lives.

We’re truly thankful to Cat’s Cradle for their compassion and commitment to our community. Partnerships like this make all the difference, and we’re honored to work side by side to care for pets and the people who love them.

Happy 14th birthday to Loki!!!!

He doesn’t play fetch as often as he used to but he’s always up to chat & to snuggle. We are blessed to have him in our lives. Definitely the best autoimmune disorder kitty we could have hoped for!

This sweet boy came from @catscradleva. If you are looking for a wonderful new family member, we highly recommend them!!!

The namesake for #blackcatbookspopup ❤️❤️❤️ this is Mooshie, aka Moo Moo. I adopted him a few months ago from @catscradleva and he is the goodest, loudest cutest tuxedo boy #blackandwhitecats #catsofinstagram #adoptdontshop

Paisley Rayne heard the neighborhood gossip… 👀🐾

So of course she had to investigate the window.

But really, we’re raising a little love for @catscradleva, the volunteer-run rescue where we adopted Prince & Paisley.

Prince is currently battling neurological FIP, and they’ve poured an incredible amount of time, care, and vet bills (including a trip to Virginia Tech) into saving his life.

If you’ve got a few dollars to spare, it helps more than you know. 🖤🐾

This is how we sleep. Barclay (the transgender kitty) & I holding each other.

Loki (the autoimmune disorder kitty) keeping B’s legs/feet warm. (In the background of the second picture - it’s hard to get pictures & not disturb anyone!)

Barclay update: he finished his antibiotics & got a urine culture recheck yesterday. He now has 2 prescriptions for anxiety for when we need them, like for vet visits. He is back to his regular loving, snuggly, self…all is well. 💜🎉

Barclay came from @rescuepetconnect & Loki came from @catscradleva. We highly recommend both rescues if you are looking for a fuzzy family member!!!!
