Join us for the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at Sat Nam Yoga Center
📍 Hurleyville, New York | Catskills

We’re honored to offer the Kundalini Transformation Yoga Teacher Training at Sat Nam Yoga Center in Hurleyville, NY As the only Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in the Catskills, this Yoga Alliance 220-hour Level 1 training is rooted in ancient yogic wisdom, community, and conscious living.

This year introduces a new 10-day Intensive Immersion rooted in authentic yogic practice — an experience that feels like traveling to India in spirit, while staying close to home.

10-Day Immersion Intensive: September 11-20

Live, breathe, and practice yoga every day in a deeply supportive environment:
• Daily Kundalini kriya, breathwork & meditation
• Healthy yogic meals prepared with care
• Time in nature, surrounded by lush gardens
• Swimming pool + floatation therapy
• Quiet, meditative surroundings designed for deep reset
• A like-minded, heart-centered community

This is more than a training — it’s a full immersion into what it feels like to live in alignment with your inner self.

The Sat Nam Yoga Center Teacher Training is guided by Marilyn Gitanjali Valant, who brings over thirty years of dedicated practice in Yoga, Meditation, and ancient philosophical traditions across the U.S., India, and Nepal. Following the immersive retreat, she continues to support students through weekly Zoom integration sessions, guiding you toward embodiment and graduation.

✨ Whether your intention is to become a teacher or simply take a pause for a powerful reset, this experience is designed to create real transformation.

You don’t just learn Kundalini Yoga here.
You live it.

✨ Do you feel it?

Eclipse season is upon us, and whether you follow astrology or simply notice shifts in your energy, many people are feeling that something is changing.

For some, it may feel like heightened emotions, unexpected endings, moments of clarity, or a deep pull toward something new. Others may simply feel more tired, reflective, or sensitive than usual.

However you're experiencing this season, you're not alone.

One of the things we love most about our wellness community is that there are practitioners and spaces here to help you stay grounded, connected, and supported.

🌟 Lion's Gate 8/8 Workshop
Our friends at Sat Nam Yoga Center @satnamyogaspa in Hurleyville are offering a beautiful in-person experience:

Through the Gate — An 8/8 Lion's Gate Journey

Led by Gitanjali and Ananda @ananda_priti_, this immersive morning combines:
✨ Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
✨ Transformational Connective Breathwork
✨ Sound Healing

Rather than simply relaxing, this experience is designed to help you move energy, release what's ready to go, and step into what wants to emerge.

If you've been craving a reset before the upcoming eclipse, this could be a powerful way to honor the moment.

🌙 Looking for personal guidance?

If eclipse season has you asking, "What is this awakening in me?" consider connecting with our resident astrologer, Nancy Volante of Whispering Soul Astrology @thewhisperingsoulastrology

Nancy's Astrology Wellness Consultations explore how this Leo Solar Eclipse is interacting with your unique birth chart—not to predict your future, but to help you better understand the themes unfolding in your life with greater awareness, intention, and self-trust.

✨ These are intense times for many of us—both personally and collectively. Whether your practice is yoga, meditation, breathwork, astrology, or simply taking a quiet walk in nature, remember that you don't have to navigate seasons of change alone.

We're grateful to have such a beautiful wellness community here in the Hudson Valley and Westchester.
