We’re not giving up on Smokey! It’s going to be tough, but we WILL get him off the property by any means necessary. Your donations for his medical care are reserved and ready for him once he’s in our care! Manifesting a seamless rescue mission from here on out 🤞🧡 #catrescue #adoptdontshop #communitycats #cat #catlover

🚨URGENT HELP NEEDED!🚨 Smokey is the newest @catsoffrosttownhou and currently our only bridge kitty. He’s a very sweet, handsome boy with the tiniest meow. This morning while feeding breakfast, we found him injured inside the restricted area he hangs around in. Thanks to a kind security guard, we were able to set a trap and are in contact to get him safe indoors and on the mend. Please consider donating at our 🔗 to help us get this poor guy the medical care he needs! #adoptdontshop #cat #catoftheday #lovecats #catrescue

We brought Max inside and he is thriving! We are now looking for an adopter for him because we think he would do really well indoors. Please reach out if you are interested in adopting this cutie. We can arrange a trial adoption to make sure he is a good fit in your home. #adopt #cats #houston

Solita’s feeling a bit under the weather this week, so we’re getting some bloodwork and a urinalysis done. We are still a very new rescue, so funds are needed especially in these early stages. Please consider donating at the 🔗 in our bio to help us care for more cats like Solita! #cat #cats_of_instagram #kitty #catrescue #catlover

Oliver (black) & Juniper (tabby) did great at their first wellness appointment! Now we wait until they’re at spay/neuter weight! Can you believe these two are siblings? #cats_of_instagram #catrescue #houstoncats #adoptdontshop #kittenrescue

Meet Rocky, the namesake of our new cat rescue and our resident guardian angel 👼🌈 A former well-loved colony kitty, he got to enjoy 7 months of pure indoor bliss before passing from FIV in December 2025. In his honor, Rocky’s Refuge will serve as a cozy beacon of light to cats and kittens in need of TNR, medical care, and forever homes. Every feline friend deserves a soft, loving place to land, and as our rescue grows, we aim to facilitate exactly that! With years of combined experience as a team, we hope you’ll follow along and join us on our journey to becoming a pillar in the wonderful community of Houston cat outreach. At the link in our bio, you’ll find options to donate to our nest fund and our supply wish list! Any contributions and/or interaction with our page is greatly appreciated as we get started! Stay tuned for updates & lots of kitty content. It’s what Rocky would want 🐈🧡 #cats_of_instagram #catrescue #houstoncats #cats_of_instagram #catlovers
