Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced 🏴‍☠️

This is one of my favourite and proudest moment in the game. Absolutely epic! 🤩

I haven't posted in a while for numerous of reasons. As many of you I had been unemployed for a while (since April), so I was focusing on job hunting. Then I went to French for a bit over a week mid-August. And I finally got a job! I started working there last Monday (24/08) and so hardly had time for myself and a bit overwhelmed with the training so far. Therefore I didn't want to add another level of stress on myself. 🤯

Moreover, the game I play the most is Disney Speedstorm, which I play daily. I love it but it does take some time. This means that since finishing Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced I haven't really started a new game. I really want too though. 😔

Anyways, as soon as I have a routine at work and feel a bit less overwhelmed I will start posting more often. Will do my best anyway 🥰

Assassin's Creed Black Flag Recynced 🏴‍☠️

I've been playing this game for over 15h already and al I can say is WOW. I mean the graphics are absolutely breath-taking. I cannot believe the progress devs have made over the last 30 years from pointy Lara Croft to this... 🤯

I can't wait to see what the future holds in terms of graphics in video games. 🤩

Assassin's Creed Black Flag Recynced 🏴‍☠️

Happy AC Black Flag Recynced release day everyone! I'm beyond excited about this release. So you can imagine how thrilled I was when I saw that Amazon had a Launch Edition containing an art book and a poster map of the game. This is of course the edition that I preordered and it arrived literally 30 minutes ago! 🤩

I'm currently downloading the game so it's the perfect time for me to post 🥰

Also, I've left the original sound as I was obsessed with the City pop song playing in the background as well as some ASMR bits with the sounds the map was making, so crisp 👌🏻

Have you preordered the game or going to order it? 🤔

Nintendo Direct alert 🚨

Later today, 3pm (UK time), there will be a Nintendo Direct. I'm really thrilled about it, and hoping for some great announcements. 🤩

What I'm hoping for are the following:
- A Legend of Zelda remaster, like Wind Waker or Twilight Princess
- A teaser for the next big Zelda game
- Mario Kart World DLC of some sort
- A potential new Animal Crossing game for Switch 2
- More information on the next Pokémon game
- New releases of Game Cube games on Switch 2 (Animal Crossing?)

That's more or less what I'm hoping for. What are your expectations? 🤔

Cold Noodles 🍜

It has been a very long since I've shared food, so here we are. The weather has been absolutely gorgeous in London for the past 1 ½ week. This means that as it is hot outside, I do not want to eat very hot or heavy foods. 🌞

And so here comes cold noodle dishes. They're amazing and refreshing. The great thing about them is that you can put whatever toppings you want. 👨‍🍳

In terms of the noodles themselves, I've made a sauce using peanut sauce from my local Asian supermarket, a bit of sesame oil, peanut butter and water to mix so that it isn't such a thick sauce. 🥜

You then just cook the noodles according to the packet's instructions. Here I've chosen buckwheat noodles. Then run the noodles under cold water and mix them with the sauce. And as for toppings, I've put bean sprouts, cucumber, spring onions, crushed peanuts and hard boiled eggs for proteins. 🥚

It was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend this sort of dish when it is warm/hot outside. ☀️

The Mandalorian 🌌

To celebrate the UK release of The Mandalorian and Grogu film, I've built this small Lego set which was so fun to built! 🥰

Despite the bad reviews of the film, I'm still keen on seeing it at the cinema. Firstly because I've really enjoyed the series and secondly... Pedro Pascal! 🤩

Are you going to watch it ? 🎬

Assassin's Creed Shadows 🏯

I've finished the main story line but still have some bits and bobs to do. I will write up my review of the game in the next couple of days and will upload it here begining of next week! 📝

Here are some of my favourite photos I've taken in the game. Honestly, I'm always in awe of how we went from very sharp edges (ahem Tom Raider) to beautiful realistic graphics in just 30 years. Imagine what we can achieve in the next 30 years. 🤯

Assassin's Creed Shadows 🏯

To celebrate the completion of this game, let me show you a moment that made me laugh so much. 🤭

Whenever you jump into a stack of hay with Yasuke, as he's not an Assassin, it basically looks like he's jumping to his doom. He always has funny comments afterwards. My favourite one is "I'm glad Naoe was not here to see that" 🤣

Do you prefer playing as Naoe or Yasuke? 🤔

One Piece Kinder Egg 🏴‍☠️

While I was in France I managed to find a One Piece Easter egg. I am so happy I managed to find one as they do not have this kind of Kinder Eggs in the UK (booo) and only had a couple of days to find one. 🐣

I only got one as they are definitely not cheap. And anyway I would have been happy with either surprises! 🤩

Pokopia 🌱

Happy Friday everyone! 🥰

Look at what came in the mail today! 🤩

I received it late as I preordered the game super late, as in 2 days before release day. 😅

This tote bag is super cute, and way bigger than I expected it to be quite honestly. It also feels like great quality. I know I will bring it with me for quick errands to the shops, can't wait to bring it out. 💚

I'm so obsessed with the game currently. I cannot put it down, and is the only thing I think about throughout the day. I swear they've put some spell in this game! 🔮
