Property lines? Settled. Before 9:15 a.m. ☕️📏

Catherine had a boundary line agreement with the neighbor that needed to get signed. Mike said “say less,” grabbed his notary stamp, and pulled up at 9 a.m. like it was a Wawa run.

Two neighbors, one fence line, zero drama. Everybody went home happy and the deal kept moving.

Some teams send an email. Ours sends Mike. 😂

I just want to say thank you to the Topeka Scarecrows (@topekascarecrows) for the opportunity!
