The Texas Book Festival was such an amazing weekend 💖

Thank you @texasbookfest for having us! We had the most amazing time meeting so many book lovers in Austin! The vibes were incredible, the weather was perfect, and the food in Austin is *chef’s kiss*
Hopefully we’ll be back next year for even more bookish fun!!

I have to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and shopped with us. I sold out of tote bags and bookmarks, y’all made my little heart so full and happy 🥹🫶

Special thank you to my mom and my sister @caught_drawing for being booth buddies with me!! I could not do this without y’all. Well, maybe I could, but it wouldn’t be nearly as fun without you both there 🥰

And thank you to Brittany, owner and artist behind @craftedlovestories for taking some videos of our booth and sending them to me!! You’re the best tent neighbor EVER and I can’t wait until we see each other again!! 💕

We had so much fun, even though it was a crazy weekend with little sleep and lots of caffeine 🤪 I have to say ‘thank you’ to you guys again for all the love and support we received at this con!! It was so amazing meeting everyone and I can’t wait to do it all again for Houston’s Comicpalooza! We’ll see you guys there in 15 days! 🤩

Hey it’s me again just here to say THANK YOU!!!! AGAIN!!!!! For all the love and support we were shown at Fan Expo Dallas! 💖🫶

What an incredible weekend! It was so great meeting everyone! It was so cool to meet people who found us on social media first and wanted to come see us in person. It blows my mind every time I get recognized or people come to an event because of my business!! I am so grateful y’all have no idea 💗💗💗

If you scroll to the last picture in this post, you’ll see our big bump in the road from the weekend. On Monday my mom and sister were planning to drive back to Houston. But when we saw one of the tires on my mom’s van completely flat thanks to a screw in the tire, their trip home was delayed by a few hours. Everything is okay and they got the tire repaired quickly! (It was still covered by warranty too so thank goodness 😅) but we did get very dirty and sweaty putting on the spare. Every great convention has to have something crazy happen, it’s like tradition at this point 😂

Huge shout out to my sister @caught_drawing who I shared a booth with at this con, and my mom for all of their love and support! Events like this would be impossible without them!! 🤗

Little did I know… 💖

Time has flown, and it’s crazy how my life has changed so much since starting The Dragon’s Cauldron. It started as my sister’s business making bath bombs for some extra cash, then when she started college I took over the business selling my handmade accessories and growing my sewing skills. Now I’m 25 years old and am still growing my skills and using my creativity every day! Talk about a dream job 🥰

Shout out to my awesome sister @caught_drawing for starting this business and working with me still to this day! She designed our dragon mascot and all of our logos. And now she sells her own artwork with us at conventions! So proud of you sis!
