This past weekend in Chicago, I had the opportunity to work with @i_of_endigo_runs at the Abbott Health & Fitness expo for @chimarathon weekend and I’m so excited to get to work with her again in @richmondmarathon!

The entertainment piece of this industry has changed so much over the years and India had the energy and passion for it.

If you have her on your team you are in good hands. She’ll do the homework and bring the energy people are craving. I knew of India before this weekend and now I get to say I’ve worked with her. 🫶

See you soon Richmond! We’re gonna have so much fun! I’ll be at the finish line and she’ll be on course with a microphone right where you need her most!!

A 9-minute PR, a Boston Qualifier, and a day I’ll never forget.

All Glory to God. So blessed to do what I love and i’ll never take that for granted.

So much work, sacrifice, early mornings, and miles went into this. This journey tested me in ways I didn’t expect, but every tough workout, every doubt, and every sacrifice was worth it to experience this moment.

Couldn’t have done it without the boys I got to share this experience with. @windycitytc @run We pushed each other, leaned on each other & put the work in all year. Forever grateful for the memories we have made.

Boston 2028, here I come 🦄

What a difference it makes to see and feel the energy from your family and loved ones during every bit of 26.2 miles. It may only be a few seconds but it’s enough to give you a push and some much needed energy. It’s also a reminder to see who shows up for you! I’m thankful for mine!!! Never off, always @on 🫡

Some of the mantras that carried me across the finish line. And when I tell you I had NO idea how much magic and GRIT I would need…⁣
⁣
TBH, it never occurred to me that I might DNF. But those last two miles were incredibly hard. I felt like I might black out, and I fought so hard to make it across that finish line. Not cramping but seriously disoriented, wobbly walking legs, falling over ... A lovely volunteer had to remind me to get my medal and then held me upright! The Marathon is no joke. It owes you nothing.⁣

I am filled with pride and gratitude—for a body that is able and resilient, and a mind that carried so much belief through this journey.⁣

This moment was captured by ATL’s own @caughtbysid at the Mile 16 @peacerunners cheer station. The energy there gave me gas for MILES!!!! 🔥⁣

When Sid sent me this photo on the plane, I started crying. Because even though this race was so hard, I had a BLAST running it. I really, really love running, and this picture captures that love—the joy, the community, and how grateful I am to be out there. ⁣

2026 has been one of the most difficult years of my life.
And much like this year, this marathon stripped me of everything.

At mile 6, I got the worst cramps I’ve ever experienced. I kept thinking, “How is this happening so early?” But I never thought to give up. I fought for 20 fucking miles to get to that finish line.

I stopped at every single aid station lol, but nothing could shake the feeling in my legs.

Shoutout to @taut_7 for the pack at mile 16. To the girls who tried to massage my legs mid-race, the ladies with the massage gun, @joshbefresh for the push at mile 23. @carlnard for the kind words as I walked through mile 24, and the guy at mile 25 who shared his fire story about his insane running journey.
As we came up on the finish line, he told me, “Take all of this energy in. Live in this moment. This is what we do it for.”

This was beyond one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life but feeling and experience is indescribable joy. @chimarathon

I am officially a marathoner.

Thank you to everyone who supported me, donated to my fundraiser, and sent notes, texts, and DMs. Your love carried me through every step of this race.

I am beyond grateful.
