Our #2 finished her run of Chicago yesterday and we got a chance to see it opening weekend and closing weekend. By closing weekend the cast was sublime! We were starstruck! It was so nice to have her performing close to home so we didn’t have to either fly on a plane or rent a hotel room! And it was nice to have some friends get to see her too as she’s not used to having friendlies in the audience. Thanks to all those who supported her by going!
Next up? She and @cayennebup will be in A Christmas Carol together at the @metropolisarts in Chicago (the city, lol).

Finally getting around to posting Birthday and Easter weekend fun. For the first time in over two years we had everyone home and we partied! We celebrated Sage’s 19th and George’s 55th birthdays! In honor of his milestone we did an “awkward family photo shoot” at JC Penney with vintage 80’s concert tees! We didn’t have a Sammy Hagar tee for “I Can’t Drive 55” so we made do with as many Van Halen tees as we could find in our collection. Had lots of homemade food and we even got out to see Come From Away at Meadowbrook and Project Hail Mary at Emagine. Love this crazy family of mine and cherish the time we carve out for each other. ❤️ #birthdayfun #icantdrive55 #easterfun #familytime

Got to sing with my sister at @omahabroadwaybar. Thank you so much @curtisjreynolds for having us! Got to see @jadenjtru in Hair and he was fabulous! @tanlangemeier cooked me yummy meals and let me steal all the blankets. Saw all the girls and overall had such a lovely time. Omaha, I Love You 💜💜💜
