🌟 STUDENT SPOTLIGHT 🌟

Arcadio Lozano Cornejo
He/Him
Senior
Guadalajara, Mexico

I started out as an actor when I was a kid. Looking back, it’s funny to think that’s what I thought I wanted to do - be on stage. I came to New York for the first time in 2002 and saw Phantom of the Opera, the big production and masterful execution of every department drew me to the behind-the-scenes world. After that I slowly transitioned into working backstage. Learning about theatre and entertainment through my friends and colleagues is the most exciting part about being here, I cannot wait to see them kill it in the industry!

Fun fact about myself: When stressed, a shot of Tajín (Yes, the Mexican spice) helps calm me down, I carry a bottle everywhere I go!
