POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Reflecting back over the last year, I can only thank God for all the blessings. I remember being a 15 year old boy and hearing the doctor tell me “you’ll probably never play baseball again”. It felt like someone took a dagger to my heart. I have been obsessed with baseball since I was 2 years old. I remember watching my uncle play on TV for the Tigers when I was about 10 years old. I always truly believed “I will be playing in front of crowds like that someday.” I was told so many times up until this point of my career that I’m “too small” or “not good enough”. I never let that deter me from my end goal. I just kept grinding. Thank you God for giving me the fighting spirit. Thank you for showing me through failure, how to succeed. Whatever you’re fighting for, keep fighting. #keepgoing #resilience #baseball #cosmicbaseballtour

Indianapolis, what a great weekend to finish off the inaugural Cosmic Baseball Tour. To say we crushed it is an understatement!!! 10k+ fans nightly screaming & partying to a new version of baseball that has changed the way people now look at sports! Thank you to everyone in the organization who put in the hard work to make this dream become a reality. I can’t wait for 2026 to get here! #cosmicbaseball #chilipeppers

Most people know me as the baseball guy or the fitness coach… but here’s what most don’t realize:

For over a decade, I’ve been helping everyday people launch businesses through the power of franchising.

After walking away from a 6-year corporate franchise gig, I launched Free Franchise Broker with one mission:
👉 Help more people become business owners — without getting screwed or stuck.

I now work with hundreds of brands — from food and retail to home-based and service-based franchises.

And here’s the wild part…

🧨 Most of my clients start with less than $25K in cash.
What they don’t know (until I show them) is that they can qualify for a government-backed SBA loan up to $150K —
👉 No collateral required
👉 10-year term
👉 Avg. down payment? Just $15K.

If you’re ready to stop playing small and finally build something that creates real freedom — shoot me a message.
Let’s find the business that changes your life.

Nashville… you hit different.
I spent 4 years in this city chasing a dream of being a country songwriter — and truthfully, I lost that fight to late nights and distractions. Back then, it was all a blur.

But coming back on the Cosmic Tour… it felt like redemption.
This time, I saw it clearly — the growth, the purpose, the people.

To the fans: thank you for showing up, even in the rain, even louder than the storm.
You reminded me why I love doing this.
This stop was pure magic, and we’ll be counting down the days until we’re back next year.

Grateful. Humbled. Locked in.

Go Peppers 🌶️

🍑Hack squats are primarily beneficial for building lower body strength and muscle, especially targeting the quadriceps and glutes. They are also a great option for those who may have difficulty with traditional back squats or need a more quad-focused exercise. The benefits are they have an emphasis on the quads, glute activating, stimulate muscle hypertrophy, joint friendly, alternative for squats, and plateau breaking.
