Wrapped up a hard week of work today.

I put in the work all week, and Sunday was about finishing strong. A lot of focus on posture, footwork, and slow, controlled reps—building the muscle memory now so eventually the speed becomes an afterthought.

It was a full week, and there’s another busy one ahead.

Keep stacking days. Keep stacking reps. Hardwire the habits. Fall season is coming.

Talent gets noticed. Work gets remembered.

This is 2032 defender Caleb Crabtree putting in the kind of work that doesn’t show up on a stat sheet—but it absolutely shows up on game day.

We focused on the details that separate defenders:
• Footwork
• Approaches
• Recovery
• Stick checks
• Ground balls
• Over-the-shoulder breakout clears

Caleb already has a strong foundation through FZ Ducks, Lou Fusz, Samurai, CB7, and Mercy Sports Performance, but what stood out most was how he trains. He showed up ready to learn, accepted coaching, and attacked every rep with purpose.

Every rep is a choice.
Choose discipline over excuses.
Choose growth over comfort.
Choose to become better than you were yesterday.

Keep stacking the days, Caleb. The results will come.
