AZ hockey is back

I posted this video years ago, and it’s wild to look back now knowing I’ve had the opportunity to continue working with him all the way to today

This was one of those early foundation drills alternating crossovers forwards hockey paetterns, edge pressure, body control, rhythm, and learning how to move efficiently in both directions.

The drill may be simple, but the foundation matters.

Those early details are the same details we continue to build on as the player gets older, stronger, faster, and more advanced.

Master the basics. Train the details. Keep developing.

Ten years later, the work continues. ❤️
