From soil to cup 🌱

At Mama Shanti, we care deeply about what we serve.
From sourcing organic ingredients locally…
to now planting and nurturing our own coffee plants.

With the help of natural Bokashi fertilizer and guidance from one of Brazil’s leading organic agriculture experts, we’re building something long-term - for our retreats and the local community.💗🙏🌸

This is just the beginning ☕🌿 #coffee #yoga #yogaretreat #riodejaneiro #brazil

Not everything at the retreat is planned 🌿

Some of the most meaningful moments
are the quiet ones…
the simple ones…
the ones that remind you how to just be.♥️

We share space with nature, good food, and a slower rhythm of life.
And sometimes… a little four-legged presence that brings it all together 🐾

We’re open for bookings — come experience it for yourself.

You’re never too old to get paint on your nose.🥰

One minute you’re an adult with responsibilities.
The next, you’re finger-painting in the mountains, laughing like you’re five.🥳

At Mama Shanti, we don’t just practice yoga.🧘‍♀️
We reconnect. We play. We let go.✨

Because healing doesn’t always look serious.
Sometimes it looks like this.

🌿 Retreats in the mountains of Brazil
For solo travelers, couples, beginners, and the forever-curious.

Come as you are♥️🌸
