Glow starts within ✨

Inner glow-up: self-trust, self-worth, and a healthy relationship with yourself. That’s the work I do through my coaching at The Mind Solace.

Outer glow: taking great care of your skin- and this collagen has honestly been one of the best I’ve tried @cbros_global

When you combine the two, something beautiful happens.
You become the best version of yourself - not just showing up with confidence & acceptance, but embodying it in your daily life 🩵

If you’re looking to glow inside and out,
DM me and I’ll happily share more about both.

📅 Mark your calendar: 17th March | 9:00 AM | Auckland CBD

In celebration of International Women’s Day, we have something special planned for our upcoming EmpowerHer networking event in Auckland CBD.

We’re excited to welcome our guest speaker, Felicity Lerouge
A big thank you to @felicity.lerouge for joining us and to @wotso.tetoangaroa for hosting us in their beautiful co working space for connection & inspiration.

And if that wasn’t enough, we’re adding a little glow to the morning. Thank you @cbros_global for the collagen shots.
We want the ladies to glow from inside out :)

And of course, the best part - a room filled with incredible women building their dreams.

About Felicity:
She is a leadership coach and certified HeartMath Practitioner with more than 15 years’ experience supporting leaders, organisations and individuals in high-pressure environments.

Through her work with global companies, start-ups, and not-for-profit organisations, Felicity saw how sustained stress and burnout can erode clarity, performance, and relationships - even in highly capable people. This led her to focus on practical, evidence-based tools that help people regulate their nervous system and restore their ability to think clearly and respond effectively under pressure.

And there’s more - We’ve also lined up exclusive offers for the ladies - designed to support your health and your business.
Because while you build your legacy, you deserve to feel WHOLE too.

✨ Reserve your spot today - ticket link is in the bio 🩵

What a wonderful evening put together by @kanorau_newzealand. A beautiful celebration and send-off for our lovely @lucreziabradley, @han.nahcross, and @zelgarcia — so proud of you all as you go on to represent NZ on the international stage.

Wishing you the very best on this exciting journey ahead. It was such a joy catching up with so many amazing people — and the fashion show by @candi_soo_fitness was absolutely stunning

I'm sharing this because everyone deserves the BEST collagen.

After weeks of trying this collagen, I realised something, I haven’t missed a single day

Why? Because it’s THAT easy. No mixing, no fuss… I can sip it even while driving 😜 and the berry flavor? Makes it even more worth it. Honestly, I crave it. Doesn’t even feel like added supplements, just a daily treat for my skin 🤍

Three events. Two charities. One purpose. 💚✨

A few weeks ago, we officially wrapped up my third and final fundraising event with a beautiful high tea at @nanam.auckland — and I’m incredibly proud to share that, together, we’ve raised $2,500 in support of the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ and Auckland City Mission.

This Miss Universe journey has been more than a pageant — it’s been about showing up for something bigger than myself and bringing people together to create real impact. From smoothie bowls, to jewellery making, to our final high tea — thank you to every single person who’s supported along the way 🫶 A special mention to @nanam.auckland @chef_jess_granada and @goiceicebaby for looking after us at nanam. And to my sponsors who came along to the event 🫶✨

Let’s continue to send more aroha to those who need it the most 🤍

One more night before the prelims — let’s do this. 👑✨
