“Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you.” Proverbs 4:25

Solomon wrote these words as a father to his son. Right before them, he said, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” His point was simple... what you look at shapes what you love, and what you love shapes who you are and where you go.

That’s why CBU is different.

There’s a lot competing for an athlete’s attention today.
Rankings. Highlights. Pressure to perform and pressure to be someone you’re not.
It’s easy to look left and right and lose the path.

At CBU, we keep our eyes fixed on what matters most. We compete at the highest level, and we chase excellence every single day. But winning is not our whole story.
Our story is about young men and women whose gaze is set on Christ, who are being shaped in character as much as in skill, and who will leave here ready to lead in their homes, their workplaces, and their communities.

Guard your heart. Fix your eyes. Lead the way.

Getting some extra swings in! Working on staying on top of the ball and not getting underneath it 💪🏻💪🏻

Dad on the mound isn’t helping 😅
