Celebrating 5 years, what a ride!

Thank you everyone that during this time has given us the chance to play with light. So many new friends during the journey. For many more to come 💡

At FARO we like to think that we do things differently. Every project is new, we don't have a trademark formula that we mechanically replicate. Our curiosity drives us to try new lights, new techniques, and things that we haven't done before. We prioritise process and exploration giving room to a wide diversity of outcomes.

We believe that part of that is the diversity of our team. We are not just light designers: we are architects, graphic designers, artists, and makers. We have a powerful skill set that nurtures our projects. But our team thrives on diversity beyond professional expertise. We are a female and Latinx led team, with a majority of women and queer people at the studio.

This blend of diversity, both in professional and personal aspects, defines the essence of FARO and shapes the way we do things.
