A slow day, a few errands, and catching up on content. That’s my kind of day off.

Finding this video felt like the reminder I didn’t know I needed.

It reminded me to pause for a second and be grateful. Sometimes we get so caught up in what’s next that we forget to look back at how far we’ve come.

The past months haven’t been the easiest. Growth and healing aren’t always beautiful—sometimes they look like showing up even when you’re exhausted, carrying things no one else can see, but somehow I kept showing up.

Building something from scratch isn’t easy. No shortcuts, no safety net—just showing up over and over again. When you’ve built something with your own hands once, you know you’re capable of doing it again. Looking back at this video made me realize that the things I used to pray for are now part of my everyday life.

Here’s your reminder to look back once in a while. Celebrate your growth, give yourself grace, and be kind to others. Everyone is fighting battles you know nothing about.
