-The Jon Davis Story-

Jon is a lawn care professional who works long days in the elements-his consistency with @mtsc_masters and @deepend.hendersonvilletn proves to be the main key in maintaining his health + work life. 🏋️‍♂️⛑️

Jon is a living example of how consistent in water-low impact activity can help us maintain a dedicated fitness routine into middle + old age, even if we did not grow up swimming competitively. 🌱💧

Our training schedule offers 6 weekly morning practices both on land and in the pool, come join us!

Freshman football is in the books, not long enough but it was great. Tristan and this team grew so much this year, and I can’t wait to see what next season holds.

When life gives you a best friend in Kindergarten you have to get redressed on a Sunday to get pictures together!

Different schools will not keep these two apart.
We love you Coley!

Packed house this am. Everyone is coming out of hibernation and moving and grooving! We had some good interval training work this am with limited rest.

At MTSC masters, our workouts are designed with a simple game plan in mind: Tackle the basics, then train to increase speed and strength while improving technique.
