“Jacqueline, Grease closed 4 months ago.”

I KNOW. Sorry, but like, there are worse things I could do 😏

My time at Rydell High was truly a dream. I am so thankful for the incredibly kind and generous cast and crew, especially my fellow Wonderstudies. I couldn’t imagine a better Village debut than with these cool cats and kittens. We really do go together like rama-lama-lama-ka-dinga-da-dinga-dong 🥹🥲

Forever grateful I got to be part of this one. 💗🎀🕺

NEWSIES at Virginia Theater Festival!!

Getting to be a part of this truly magical production has been the most fulfilling and rewarding process. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to carry the banner with, and I will miss being a newsie for a very very long time.

If you can, COME SEE US THROUGH JULY 19th!! At the Culbreth Theater at UVA.

Massive thank you to @steffensmatthew for creating such a beautiful piece, and bringing together a truly special and diverse group of artists.

There’s much more to say, but for now please enjoy the FIERCE pictures by @tristanwilliams

Whew. That was one hell of an opening weekend for the @virginiatheatrefestival’s presentation of The Newsies! I had the pleasure of seeing three performances and cannot get over how memorable this show was.

Here are twenty of my favorite photos from the weekend. It was incredibly tough culling it down to twenty because there were so many photogenic scenes & people that I had to leave some special moments on my camera roll.

I’ve been telling anyone who will list that this might have been my favorite production I’ve seen at the Virginia Theatre Festival in the four years that I’ve been working for them. I know, I know - those are some mighty big words, but trust me on this one, ya just gotta see it! It runs through 7/19 and tickets are going FAST.

In addition to the wonderful cast, here are some of the talented people that made the magic happen behind the scenes:

Music Director: @musicianmiller
Costume Designer: @grier.coleman
Lighting Designer: @lightsisready
Sound Designer: @michaelrasbury
Associate Director: @maxjcervantes
