Today was presentation day at CCT College Dublin! 🇮🇪

From professional experience to academic knowledge, it was an amazing opportunity to share my journey and present my work on People & Workforce Management, using Atento Brazil as a case study.

Every challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow and become a better version of myself.

Proud of my progress and excited for what’s next! 💙

Keep learning, keep growing, and never stop believing in yourself! 🚀

I recently started the Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Working into the Future at @cctcollege Dublin.

In my first class, Ethics, Integrity & Bias in AI, we were asked a simple question:

“What is AI?”

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney… those were easy.

But then came facial recognition, recommendation systems, medical imaging, credit decisions, autonomous vehicles and factory quality control.

It made me think:

When a business says “we use AI”, what does that actually mean?

New research commissioned by AWS and conducted by Strand Partners offers an interesting perspective.

🇮🇪 65% of Irish businesses now use AI, up from 45% last year.

That puts Ireland first in Europe for AI adoption, according to the research.

But only 20% of Irish businesses using AI have reached what the report calls “advanced adoption”, where AI is integrated into core business processes and decision-making.

So perhaps the question is no longer simply:

“How many businesses are using AI?”

But:

“How deeply are they using it?”

Ireland is adopting AI rapidly. The next chapter may be about moving beyond simply using AI towards understanding it better and integrating it more deeply into how businesses actually work.

🟢⚪ THE SKERRIES TOWN FC SENIOR AWAY SHIRT ⚪🟢
The @skerriestownfc Senior Away Shirt, proudly made by @oneillssportswear and sponsored by @cctcollege . 👕🟢⚪
This season’s away shirt features a fantastic, subtle fishing-rope design running through the fabric — a nod to Skerries’ strong identity and history as a fishing village. ⚓🎣
We wanted to create something a little different this season, while also celebrating the connection so many former and current Skerries Town players have with the harbour and the fishing trade.
A shirt with a story, a connection to our town, and a little bit of Skerries woven into every detail. 💚
One Town. One Team. One Dream. 🐐🟢⚪🟢

Skerries will always be known as a fishing village
Our new Senior Away Kit made by @oneillssportswear and sponsored by @cctcollege is homage to this.
The pattern in the shirt includes fishing boat ropes that run through the kit in a subtle way. Over the years so many members of our community would have fished on the boats in Skerries and also played for clubs in the town of Skerries. We are delighted with this kit and the history that is behind it.
We can't wait to see it on the field this season.

@asiamireland Autistic Youth Congress 2026

It was an honour and privellage to get to speak at the AsIAm Youth Congress yesterday, the first ever Autistic led Youth Congress, led by Autistic young people with Autistic young people ❤️✨️

When I Advocate, I often think about younger generations of Autistic people, I hope I can make a positive difference to Autistic younger and older generations now and in the future ❤️✨️
I was once an Autistic teenager, not that long ago, and I hope I gave Autistic young people attending yesterday's Congress hope, and also as I hope was evident in my speech yesterday, I hope all Autistic young people recieve the support and accomadations they need and deserve ❤️✨️

Being a facilitator at the Education Table yesterday was a significant aspect of my day, an area of Advocacy I am super passionate about, and that is clear from speaking up about the importance of suitable school places and also importantly Advocating for supports for Autistic young people now and those coming later into the school system ❤️✨️

Getting to speak alongside one of my good friends Isabelle ( sorry wont allow me tag) was also an honour, considering we both met through AsIAm, and our friendship extends beyond now ❤️

Getting to meet the lovely Eva and Niamh, who both have been great supporters of my journey is always an honour ❤️✨️ always love our chats ❤️

So lovely to get to meet, a phenomenal young man James, who is a well known Disability Advocate particularly for Accessiblility ❤️✨️

And of course getting to meet Adam himself, the main man behind AsIAm, is a privellage, and also bittersweet now, since Adam's recent announcement of stepping down as CEO, and I will treasure all the times I have met Adam and got to chat with Adam, especially in the coming months ❤️✨️

Also so lovely to meet Emma from Children's Rights Alliance and talk about all things Advocacy and creating this world a better place for children and young people ❤️

A massive thank you to Caroline, who was so lovely to meet and chat with, but importantly captured my whole speech on her phone, so my parents and fa

🎤 “We’re experiencing today’s schools, today.
We’re experiencing today’s services, today.
So if anyone wants to know what works, what doesn’t work, and what needs to change - who better to ask than the people living it right now.” Powerful opening words from our Youth Leadership Team Project Lead Caoimhe Kelly.
