🌟Tuesday Trainer Feature🌟
Meet @glenntheskier , a Lagree instructor who found Lagree when he was teaching Pilates in 2011. He put this passion project on hold until he could retire and give it his undivided attention. Glenn got certified in November 2025 at @peak45lagree in Salt Lake City.
After finishing teaching skiing over the winter, he returned to Orange County, CA and started teaching Lagree in April.
Glenn is currently teaching at @rarelagree @seafit_hb @luxelagreestudio and @cdmlagree

🌟What do you love most about Lagree?
I love the incredible intensity paired with the low impact which allows me to get the best workouts of my life 4-5 days/week. Plus, the variety and mental challenges in every class keep me addicted. It’s a great supplement to my skiing, biking, hiking, and volleyball activities.

🌟Favorite thing about teaching Lagree?
I love teaching. My mother thought I’d either be a professor or a priest. Haha. It’s my first “job” that rarely feels like a job. Health is wealth so I appreciate people who prioritize it and trust me to help them achieve their goals. I love the ability to create infinite routines that challenge clients physically and mentally and leave them wanting to come back.

🌟Fun fact about you?
I was on 2 TV shows: Blind Date and Millionaire Matchmaker. Also, I just got my first iPhone. Seriously.

🌟Favorite Lagree move?
We live in a sagittal world so I love to work the abductors ➡️ SKATING! A close second is any Bear 🐻

Real Talk: Life has been so busy lately between searching for “the dress,” putting furniture together for our new home, work, and everything else that I haven’t had much time to post these last two weeks.
