Sharing a very special milestone today… my first real haircut after cancer. 💇🏻‍♀️

They say our hair is our crowning glory. When I lost mine during cancer treatment, I also lost a big part of my confidence. That’s why this moment means so much more than just a haircut.

From watching my hair fall out, to shaving my head, wearing wigs and headwraps, and slowly watching my hair grow back… I still can’t believe I’ve reached this moment. 😭

And I couldn’t imagine sharing it with anyone else but my sis, @ceanserioza 🤍

Cean has been my hairdresser through every chapter of my journey. Before cancer, during cancer, and now after cancer.

Cean cut my hair before cancer, cut it shorter as I prepared for chemotherapy, shaved my head when it was time to let go, cut and styled my wigs when I had no hair, and now… cutting my real hair again. 🥹

Thank you sis, for being there through so many versions of me and for being such a special part of my healing journey. I couldn’t have done this without you. 🥲

Today, I’m not just celebrating a haircut. I’m celebrating healing, growth, answered prayers, and how far I’ve come.💖

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’m sharing this little milestone for every woman going through her own journey. There will be hard days, but there can also be beautiful days like this. Hold on to hope and take it one day at a time. 🎀

Thank you, Lord, for bringing me this far. 🙏🏻
