This is life for those with endometriosis. Having to deal and cope with so many symptoms, so many frightening ‘what ifs’ with so much being unknown about our futures - for example, not knowing how we are going feel from one minute to the next, not knowing if we will be able to get pregnant (and if we are able to, we don’t know if we are able to have a successful pregnancy until our babies have been born) and not knowing which organs endometriosis is going to target next. Endometriosis is labelled as a gynaecological disease and is dismissed as being simply a ‘bad period’ but trust me when I say it is SO much more. It’s a full body disease which causes all of the above, and SO much more. 💛🎗️💛 • { endometriosis ~ endo ~ full body disease ~ not just a bad period ~ gynaecology ~ gynaecological ~ chronic pain ~ fertility ~ infertility ~ surgeries ~ surgery ~ organ involvement } •

Firstly I want to apologise for being such a shite friend lately, and for not giving you wonderful hoomans the support you all need and deserve. 🤎 Secondly, I wanted to remind you all of how fabulous, how strong, how brave, how amazing and how badass you all are. I know when you’re struggling with your chronic and mental health, it can be so hard to feel this way. So here is your little reminder. 🤎 Even though I’m quieter than usual, please know that it’s not because I don’t love you all and care for you all, it’s just because my health is continuously declining. 🤎 And lastly, I’m so thankful, grateful and appreciative for the friendship, support, messages, mail and love that I’ve received - you know who you are. 🤎 Sending you all tons of love, light, strength and hugs. 🤎
