🌟 S•E•N•I•O•R Spotlight 🌟

Senior captain and defensive specialist, Cece Weaks shares her thoughts on her career with Rossford Volleyball.

Dear Rossford Volleyball,

It is difficult to put into words what this program has meant to me, not only as a volleyball player but as a person. I cannot thank my coaches and loved ones enough for supporting me throughout my journey. I have been incredibly lucky to play alongside my best friends and create endless memories that I will cherish forever.

Rossford Volleyball has taught me so much beyond how to pass and serve a ball. It has taught me how to grow, maintain a positive mindset, and become a better person. I have learned that everyone will experience highs and lows, but no matter the outcome, it is important to take it all in because one day, it will be gone. I am endlessly thankful for every experience, lesson, and opportunity this program has given me.

It is hard to accept that my time as a Rossford volleyball player is coming to an end. As I finish my final season, I know I will miss every opportunity, every memory, and every person who has made this experience so special. I am incredibly proud of my own growth and of the growth of my fellow seniors and teammates.

All good things must come to an end, and I will always be grateful for the time I have spent as part of Rossford Volleyball. Thank you for everything.
