• feels SO good to be back!! what an absolute JOY it was to cook last week with Il Casolare @farchioni1780uk celebrating their extra virgin olive oil, pairing a italian veg focused menu around the delicious liquid gold and also celebrating i’m back on my feet cheffing after some #brokenleg time off!! (telling myself it was all for the plot) LOL! here’s what 25 guests had:

fig focaccia with Il Casolare evoo & balsamic
marinated olives
tomato brodo with star pasta

spinach & ricotta gnudi with slow roasted tomato fennel sauce
crispy potatoes & salsa verde
green beans, pangrattato & almond
castelfranco walnut salad

pear olive oil cake with whipped mascarpone & almond crumb

thank you to all who came and especially to my team on the evening, these events would be impossible on my own!

ALTROVE — transl. elsewhere

Two weeks ago we took 20 friends from different parts of the world with us to Filicudi, a wild and remote Sicilian island, for 4 days, to test what this could become.

For us and for our guests we wanted something real, authentic, unpolished, honest. And as at every other 926.1 Supperclub, we wanted to bring people together through food, culture and discovery.

Over the course of 4 days:

We cooked incredible produce from the island. Whatever the sea and the land gave us each day.
We visited locals’ houses and had lunches with them.
We went on walks in the land with farmers and foragers and tasted the best capers in the world.
We hiked unspoiled trails.
We went out with fishermen.
We tasted wine with a winemaker.
We took our boats out and swam in impossibly clear water.
We island hopped, from Filicudi to Alicudi and Salina
We ate late, every night, at one long table looking at the sea and the stars.

That table is where it always comes back to.

Most importantly we all made new friends, laughed a lot, and really felt we were ‘elsewhere’.

This was the pilot and it proved that this way of travelling does work for real, and we can’t wait to do this again.

2027. See you around the table, see you on the island, see you altrove!

The biggest hug goes to all our guests that embraced this opportunity without knowing what they could have expected.

I can never post on time, but my friends deserve a moment of appreciation 🎂
Feeling so grateful for the people in my life who showed up from different parts of the world, and for everyone who made the time to be there and make me feel so loved.
I might still be young, but I know I’ve made it with friendships like these 🤍

If there is one thing 2025 taught me, it is to take as many opportunities and experiences as you can! Life is precious so make the most of it 💫 This trip to Brazil came out of nowhere and it sure did not disappoint. I'm so grateful to have walked away with new friends and memories for life. Here's to a happy and healthy 2026 🙏🏼 Heart is full ❤️
