Another belated Kalo Mina from gorgeous Crete 🤍🇬🇷 We would’ve arrived sooner (had I been feeling a bit more optimal) but we got some beautiful beach days out of Portugal before we jetted off. Life felt slow and yet intense in the days leading up to the wedding, and we are still in that portal, as we head into celebration número dois in Portugal. 🇵🇹 Thank you to April and all for showering us with so much love. (for those asking, my lungs did FINALLY heal after some good ol’ NAD and getting out of mold, tyyy). What a month. Video via @lapse P.S. Καλό Μήνα και Καλή Χρόνια 🎊 Happy (Gregorian) New Year and month ahead Comparing this December to last year feels so different. Last year I was finishing my artist residency in Mallorca 🏝️, deciding whether to spend Christmas in Morocco or return to Madeira 🌿. Flights, flares, coliving mishaps made it chaotic. I eventually landed in Madeira and stayed with my community 💛. I miss them 🥲 This December was calm, minus a tick bite 😭. Weekends away, hikes, slow mornings, music, board games, attending my first women’s group here, cooking a quiche with our gifted dragon egg 🐉 @quintadacultura, and time with Portuguese family. Los Angeles fam, do not miss Sophia @journalofthesoul 🎤. Best concert I have seen in a long time 🪶 🪶A highlight was a graffiti swallow matching my brother’s tattoo. A quiet affirmation that I am on the right path. I continue to feel like he led me here 💛 I added a Portuguese keyboard, feeling seen in family meals (lots of gluten free accommodations), and loved by the care and openness around me. Witnessing wins in my sessions at @beginwithintoday reminds me how far we have come. Still waiting on the tick lab results (ty to those checking in), noticing some fatigue and dysautonomia signals. I am upping minerals, CellCore, and neural retraining. If needed, another Panchakarma in India awaits January will include family time with my parents visiting, project grind (newsletter including, in-country adventures, and maybe a trip outside my first substack are going out this month 💌 Portugal. Embracing slowness and flow as we begin the year. P.S. What are using instead of @lapse now that they stopped their social feature 💔? How was your December?
