Jeg ville lyve, hvis jeg sagde, at jeg ikke blev rørt over det her 😭

Lad mig forklare.

The past few months have reminded me how fragile life really is…

So here’s your gentle nudge: live a life that feels true to you. Say the things you mean. Tell people you love them, out loud, while you can. 🌱

Showing love is never something you’ll regret… it always finds its way back to you, in ways you don’t expect 🫶🏼

A mix of appreciation and a couple of new baby loves 🥹🫶🏼

🌱 If a plant grows better when spoken to with kindness… imagine what happens when you speak to yourself the same way.

Your words carry energy. Make them gentle. Make them healing. 🫶🏼

A reminder to appreciate what you have and remember the grass is green where you water it… including yourself 🫶🏼
A lot of people don’t realize what they had until it starts thriving elsewhere or until it’s gone.

So call that friend you haven’t spoken to in a while, check in on your grandparents, show up for yourself , or smile at a stranger today.
It might feel small to you, but it could mean everything to someone else 💕
