A little family magic under a sky full of lights ✨🏮🧡

Did we go because Rapunzel is one of their favorite princesses? Yes.
Did my daughter start crying as soon as she realized we weren’t getting our lantern back?
Also, yes. 🥲

But I still hope these are the nights and moments our kids remember forever. ✨💛💜

Such a fun night at @nightlightsevent at @cedarlakecellars ! We spent the evening decorating lanterns with our wishes, making s’mores, playing with glow sticks, and watching thousands of lanterns light up the sky.

And if you’re wondering what happens to all those lanterns, they’re biodegradable, and Night Lights has a dedicated cleanup crew that tracks and collects them after the event. Such a cool experience for the whole family!

Some experiences are worth waiting for. ✨

For just one weekend each year, @nightlightsevent brings a little magic to Missouri.

And this year, I was lucky enough to be there.

A sky full of lanterns, thousands of wishes, and a night I’ll always remember.

Would you add this experience to your bucket list?

Unreal experience @nightlightsevent
I spend my days working with women writing protocols and yes activities like this are part of it . I believe in all of it.
But standing in a sea of thousands of lanterns, surrounded by my people, my whole body exhaled in a way no supplement has ever pulled off ✨
Here’s what we forget as adults: your nervous system doesn’t only heal through what you take. It heals through connection. Play. Wonder. Laughing with people who feel like home.
Somewhere along the way, most of us stopped playing. We got busy, got tired, got isolated, and started trying to fix everything with another protocol.
But a body that feels alone and stuck in survival mode can’t fully heal, no matter how perfect the plan is.
So yes, test, don’t guess. Do the work. And also say yes to the invite. Find your people. Go do something fun just because.
That’s medicine too 🏮
