FLOAT. BREATHE. RECEIVE. 💦✨🎶

Sunday’s Floating Sound Bath at Cedarvale Winery was pure magic.

There’s something completely different about experiencing sound while being held by the water. Bodies floating. Eyes closed. Crystal bowls singing. The gentle movement of the pool carrying the vibrations while everyone simply allowed themselves to let go and receive.

We began with breath, intention and meditation before drifting into a sound journey surrounded by nature—and for a little while, there was nowhere else to be and absolutely nothing else to do. 💙

To everyone who floated with us on Sunday, August 30th—thank you for trusting the experience and bringing your beautiful energy into this space.

And a huge thank you to @cedarvalewinery for continuing to create space for these unique gatherings. 🍇🥂

Would you try a sound bath while FLOATING in a pool?

Drop a 💦 in the comments if your answer is YES!
