🇮🇪The Three Musketeers...

To celebrate our chocolate shop’s first year in business, I asked @dunn_bladeworks to craft a knife for each team member, featuring an engraving that commemorates this exceptional year in Ireland as well as the art of chocolate making.

We chose mango wood for its warm, chocolate-like tones, and I worked on the design of the cocoa pod; the result is fantastic—a keepsake for every team member to remember their time in Ireland and the wonderful adventure we’ve been on since 2024.

Thank you, Sam.

Merci Sam.

Overnight the estate has blossomed into a living fairytale. The Great Hall unveils ‘The Awakening’ a whimsical world where floral arches stretch towards the ceiling, petals unfurl at every turn, and the air is filled with the promise of new beginnings and sweet surprises.

Beneath a gentle snowfall of sweetness,
a chocolate Christmas tree takes shape,
its branches adorned with mendiant treasures.
Nuts, citrus, and golden crunch glisten like ornaments,
each layer offering texture, fragrance and delight.

This is Christmas told in chocolate,
crafted slowly, savoured deeply,
and meant to be broken, shared,
and remembered.

Come Christmas time, Harry Lowes Cottage becomes even more enchanting, shaped by the careful craftsmanship of Head Chocolatier Cedric Rivière and his talented team.

From bonbons to bars, each handcrafted chocolate carries its own story and is transformed into a true art form. Pralines that shimmer like ornaments, truffles infused with winter spices, and showpieces that seem almost too extraordinary to eat.

Here, magic is not only seen; it is savoured, one bite at a time.
