Shakes, waffles, and great service always.
The atmosphere promotes a healthy lifestyle, community and elevating yourself
Daily while Equipping you with the tools
For your nutritional success.

Today we give you a closer look on what we mean when we say community. Cedric Moore hosted our Sip and Paint event on the weekend of August 22nd. He led with detail, clear instruction and uniformity. He was a great coach and was very patient with all who were in attendance. This collaboration was not only beautiful, but the results are visible in everyone’s variation of what was painted.

We had such a great time at the Sip & Paint—good vibes, great energy, great instruction, laughter, and a canvas that became a reflection of the moments we were painting . 🖌️💫

It’s amazing what happens when you give yourself permission to slow down, have fun, enjoy community and be healthy in the process . Follow @elevationnutritionclub @cedthamann for more
Details on when the next events come
Up and we hope to see you there ! ❤️🎨

The original mural in East River Shopping Park Center was painted by artist Alex Mattison in 1990. In 2026, the very faded mural got a revamp through the @anacostiamuralsfest

Building community has always been bigger than fitness for me.

Elevation Nutrition Club isn’t just a place to grab a shake or tea. It’s a place where people can connect, grow and create meaningful experiences together.

That’s why I’m excited to host our very first Paint & Sip with the incredibly talented @cedthamann

Whether you come with friends, your significant other or by yourself, you’ll leave with more than a painting. You’ll leave with a great experience.

I’d love to see you there.
