𝗦𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀! 🐍💚🧡

We’re proud to be one of the few programs that didn’t have a single player enter the transfer portal this offseason.

The chemistry is already there, and we’re ready to build on it. We can’t wait to show you what’s in store this season.

Rattler Nation, get ready… it’s going to be a special year. 🐍🔥

💎💯Most players get stripped on spin moves for one reason…they expose the ball.

If a defender is crowding you and you spin with the ball in FRONT of your body, you’re basically handing them the ball. The ball becomes most susceptible during the START of the spin.

That’s why we have always taught hiding the ball BEHIND the leg on the spin. Now the defender has to reach THROUGH your body and leg to even attempt a poke. Much tougher angle. Much higher foul probability. Much safer control.

A great spin move isn’t just about spinning fast. It’s about understanding protection angles, body positioning, leverage, and timing.

Most players practice moves.
Few practice ball security WITH pressure.

That’s the difference between a move that looks good in drills and a move that survives real games.

Practice this constantly. Especially against contact and live defense. 👆🏾
