To my dear old True Orange and Blue,
I love you.
 And no matter where life takes me, Lincoln will forever be HOME.
Home is where the heart is, and Lincoln University truly has mine. Over these last four years, I didn’t just earn a degree, I was taught to Learn, Liberate, and Lead.

Lincoln gave me experiences I will cherish forever. I did EVERYTHING. From joining organizations, serving in student leadership, working on campus, making unforgettable memories, traveling abroad to Costa Rica, and building bonds that became family. TRUST me, a TIME was truly had.
I poured into this university with my whole heart, and this place poured into me too.
Trials and tribulations? I’ve had my share
But without challenge there is no growth or change!

And I, Jocelyn NinaLee Hargrove, have grown to become a woman of God, a woman of purpose, a woman who refuses to fit inside a mold, a woman who takes risks, a woman who sets the tone and makes her presence known, a woman shaped by HBCU culture, love, pain, leadership, faith, and perseverance, and I walked across that stage on May 3, 2026, and officially graduated from The First Degree Granting HBCU, Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, knowing I gave it everything I had in me.

Every title. Every role. Every late night. Every sacrifice. Every tear. Every prayer. Every ounce of passion.
I left pieces of myself here.
And to this day, people tell me I was a part of their change, their growth, their college experience. That alone means more to me than any title ever could.
Everything good within me, every light people see in me, every ounce of strength, personality, love, leadership, and resilience, I give all glory to God.

Lincoln, thank you for transforming me.
