I said I’d post these eventually right? Now that it’s no longer 90 degrees seems appropriate

A delayed February and March recap

Forgetting to post on my feed these days but want the photo album immortalized regardless!

We took Stellan all up and down California from the beach to the mountains, lake and desert: Encinitas, Lake Tahoe, LA and Palm Springs. I also got a solo snowboarding weekend in Mammoth🏂 and went to a Lakers game and Mayhem Ball 🏀🐾

The boy pretty much repeats three words/phrases: “uh oh,” “oh wow” and “ball,” with a hi or bye thrown in there on occasion. He was sick soooo many times, including a scary week with an urgent care and ER visit and a fever as high as 105.4. When he wasn’t sick, he FINALLY started sleeping through the night!!

The best thing was the very end of March where I got to see my niece star as Mary Poppins in her 5th grade musical, on the same day my sister @angela__cravens’ essay was published in the New York Times ❤️ so proud of my family!

eros: romantic or passionate love
philia: deep friendship or loyalty
agape: unconditional, spiritual love
philautia: self-love
pragma: an enduring and committed love

In the last 7 years I’ve gotten to experience all the words for love the Greek language has to offer. I’m thankful for it all. I used to sing this song to Stellan when he was in my stomach ♾️

We met @theholymountain in college in SF when he would take pics of us partying in the club, so having him there to photograph this new era of life for us was amazing ❤️
