You don’t need more time, you need alignment 👀👇

You need to be more intentional with the time you already have.

👉 10 minutes can become recovery.
👉 20 minutes can become getting better with your friends.
👉 30 minutes can become learning the game.
👉 45 minutes can become building your body.

This isn’t about giving up video games, TikTok, Netflix or the things you enjoy.

It’s about understanding the trade.

Every day, you decide where your time goes.

And if you have a dream, some of that time needs to be invested in getting closer to it.

That’s what we teach in the #HoopStudyPath.

Understand the dream. Build the plan. Follow the Path.

Your time should reflect your goals.

Send this to a player who needs to hear it.

DM to get work, competitive Level 4 shooting 👀👇

This is a great way to work on your handles, footwork and shot all at a competitive speed.

You can switch up your dribble, location, footwork/pivot, level of scoring, how you start, etc. It’s all about getting creative.

Send to a teammate that you want to do this with.
