End of an Era.

There aren’t enough words to describe how thankful I am for the Eagle Regiment. This program has shaped me in more ways than I ever expected. It didn’t just give me a place to grow as a musician, it gave me a family, a purpose, and a home. Every rehearsal, every late night, every laugh, and every challenge pushed me to become a stronger, more confident version of myself. I’m endlessly grateful for the unforgettable performances, the memories, and the friendships that changed me forever. The Eagle Regiment didn’t just impact my life - it became part of who I am.

My journey started in 8th grade, right after moving from Pembroke Pines to Coral Springs. Everything felt unfamiliar, and I worried about fitting in. But knowing I would join this program brought me comfort when I needed it most. The moment I stepped onto that field for the first time, something clicked. I felt like I belonged. The people welcomed me, believed in me, and helped me find confidence I didn’t even know I had. That sense of belonging carried me through that transition and shaped everything that followed.

And now… it’s hard to accept that my time here has reached its end. Each senior moment felt heavier than the last, and every “last” hit a little deeper. The Eagle Regiment was my safe place, my joy, my challenge, and my family - and walking away still feels impossible. But even though the uniform is hung up for the final time, the impact this program had on me will never fade.

As I close this chapter, I’m reminded that the end of one era is the beginning of another. The Eagle Regiment will continue to soar, because its strength comes from the people who pour their hearts into it - the students who show up ready to work, the staff who guide us, and the community that believes in us. I may be stepping off the field, but I’ll carry this family with me wherever I go.

To the future of the Eagle Regiment: keep pushing, keep believing, and keep fighting for excellence. Protect the culture, lift each other up, and remember the magic that happens when passion meets purpose.

Thank you, Eagle Regiment, for shaping me. MSD Pride, forever and always. 🦅❤️‍🩹

Another chapter comes to a close 🪽

I want to express my deepest gratuity and thanks to the entirety of the Eagle Regiment for making this year really like no other. I’ve learned so much this season that have not only bettered my musicianship but also lead me into becoming a better person and leader/mentors for all of my peers. I’m extremely thankful to have been your Brass Captain this season.
Going through the substantial amount of interferences with this season, like facilities, attendance, and weather, all helped me learn how to overcome issues and find different ways and solutions to things, overall increasing the productivity of the group. Though these circumstances weren’t ideal, they certainly helped in strengthening the heart and will of the band.
I want to give special thanks to everyone who helped me get through this season, all of my close friends, the leadership staff, and most importantly my family. Without your support and encouragement, this season would have been impossible to get through.
And last but certainly not least, as the brass captain, I want to give special thanks to the MSD Brass section for trusting in me to be your mentor and section captain. It has been my absolute pleasure and honor to have worked with you all this season, and it was so great to see you all get so much better since day 1. We all got through it together and I couldn’t be more proud of all of you. I can’t wait for another successful season with you all! 5 words!
Thank you, Eagle Regiment. Thank you for making me the man I am today. I look forward to the final push next season! 🦅🎺
