The biggest MYTHS and lies you’re telling yourself that are stopping you from joining a class!!

❤️ These types of classes are for ANY fitness levels, you won’t have to be an athlete to start, you just have to start.

❤️ Nobody that starts can usually do a classic pull up, and that’s okay. Pole enhances strength that’s what it’s there for!

❤️ Nobody cares what size you are, and this doesn’t stop you from being good at your favoured sport! Society has conditioned us to be believe that certain sizes are ‘good for nothing’ and it’s all bullshit.

❤️ Yes wearing less helps you grip but you can still train successfully with all your favourite bits covered up! Don’t be intimidated by those who wear less or pressured to do so. It’s your class and your body.

❤️ Our classes are for everyone. We don’t care who you are, if you’re sound… then you’re in!!

Hopefully these myths have been busted and you’ll find yourself starting the best hobby of your life ✨

Summer is always a more difficult time of year for studios, classes are quieter, classes being cancelled. And it’s a hard time for studios. We don’t enjoy cancelling classes and we love nothing more than full classes and the chatter of students in and out of our doors.

So what can you do to help your local studio? Support them by liking, sharing and commenting on their posts!

Refer us to your friends and family, try your best to make classes and not cancel last minute.

Because ours, just like many other studios, doors stay open because of YOU! And your presence matters SO much within these walls ❤️

From the bottom of our hearts, here at Asfit Pole and Aerial, we are so grateful for everyone who keeps their memberships in their budgets and considers us an important part of their lives!

Thank you for keeping our doors open and our community thriving.

Lots of love!
Alice❤️✨
