Yes, it’s been a while.

But growth takes time.

Some days, I feel like I am being broken down and tested hourly. But through it all, I know who I am. And I am blessed enough to be surrounded by people who remind me of that, even in the moments when I forget.

I’m learning that blessings do not always arrive loudly. Sometimes they come in small moments. A conversation. A reminder. An answered prayer I almost missed because it didn’t show up in the way I expected.

I refuse to overlook a single one.

I’m learning to honor the quiet times, too. The times where it may not look like much is happening from the outside, but everything is shifting within.

Maybe growth isn’t always about becoming someone new.

Maybe sometimes it’s about finding your way back to who you were always meant to be.

Yes, it’s been a while.

And it may be a while longer.

I’m okay with that.

Because sometimes growth unfolds quietly, patiently.

Until suddenly, you’re soaring. 🦋

one thing about stella…

she’s never met a stranger. 😭

she walked around the orlando wealth summit interviewing people like she’d been doing this for years.

i’ve always said i wanted my girls to grow up in rooms like these. not because of who’s in them, but because of how comfortable they become believing they belong in them.

and watching that unfold in real time… that’s the real win. 🖤

Everyone sees the chain.

Very few people understand what it represents.

These pendants aren’t bought.
They’re earned.

Yesterday we had the honor of recognizing four people who have helped shape Wolves of Real Estate into what it is today.

🐺 Mo started as a student and grew into a leader. Today she’s one of our coaches, Chris’ right hand, and an integral part of our acquisitions and dispositions team. She’s proof of what’s possible when preparation meets opportunity.

🐺 Chris stepped up when we needed him most. He didn’t just fill a position… he built a foundation. As our CEO, coach, and mentor, he’s poured countless hours into this company because he believes in the vision just as much as we do.

🐺 Ricky has spent the last three years quietly building behind the scenes. Funnels, websites, automations… if you’ve interacted with Wolves online, chances are you’ve experienced his work. He never waits to be asked. He just gets it done.

🐺 Kimee has been with us for five years. While most people never saw her, it’s because she was busy being the backbone behind the scenes. Today she helps keep our operations running smoothly, and truthfully, she’s made my life easier in more ways than she knows.

None of them showed up expecting recognition.

They showed up because they believed in something bigger than themselves.

That’s what this pendant represents.

Loyalty.
Consistency.
Sacrifice.
Family.

To the rest of the Wolf Pack… your hard work never goes unnoticed. There are more pendants to give and trust me… we’re watching. 🐺❤️
