Good morning, you fierce little buttered biscuit! 🌼💪🏾✨

A gentle reminder that you can be soft AND strong. Grounded AND a free spirit. A work in progress AND a total badass.

Now go sprinkle some joy, move that body, and take a moment to breathe and reset! 🤭💛

Welcome in! 🦘✨

What is Joy Bounce?

It’s quite possibly the most fun you’ll ever have doing cardio. 💃🏾

First, we BOUNCE—low-impact cardio, great music, lots of joy.

Then we hit ya with a deep stretch. And yes, we roll a little too, working out those knots + sticky spots that need some love.

And then…a sound bath. ✨

Cardio → deep stretch → sound bath.

It’s kind of perfect.

Or, as my friend Jasmine says: “Total Gemini energy.” 😂♊️

We put Cody to rest today.
Thank you, my sweet boy, for granting us the pleasure of having you in our lives for 18 and a half years.
I will remember you always.
