We’re still reeling from our annual fundraiser, “The Frogtown Get Down,” at Happier Camper on Saturday…what a great night by the LA River!

We have so many to thank, we may have to do it over the course of this week. We’d like to start by thanking our hosts @happiercamper @happiercafe.la @tadaa.coffee for graciously letting us take over their space for the evening. We cannot thank them enough for their generosity and support during the fundraiser and throughout the year. We are lucky to have them as neighbors and friends. Huge THANK YOU to the Happier Camper team and to Scotty and Melvin from Tadaa Coffee for all of their help. Big shout out to @noelbeltran_ AKA DJ Cr8r (Curator) for bringing the vibes. Thank you for helping make our fundraiser as big success!

On this date August 28th 1988 Tommy Lasorda and the Phillie phanatic had their famous altercation when the phanatic brought a Tommy Lasorda stuffed body uniform onto the field and was beating it up, when Tommy had enough he ran onto the field (I'm using ran, lightly) lol and grabbed the doll from the phanatic and hit him with it. I sure miss things like this. We miss you tommy!! #dodgerfamily #bleedblue #dodgers #losangelesdodgers #brooklyndodgers #dodgerstadium #chavezrevine #ebbetsfield #camelbackranch #ilovelaweloveit #webleedblue #winforvin #winforgavin #winformookie #winforbrusdar #winforriverryan #mikeysstandingsboard #Baseball #2024

River Ryan underwent successful Tommy John surgery according to the Dodgers and surgeon Dr. Neal ELAttrache. River Ryan will miss the 2025 season and we will see what happens from there. Hopefully he will get a chance to compete for a spot in the rotation in the spring of 2026. Sending healing vibes @river_ryan15 #dodgerfamily #bleedblue #dodgers #losangelesdodgers #brooklyndodgers #dodgerstadium #chavezrevine #ebbetsfield #camelbackranch #ilovelaweloveit #webleedblue #winforvin #winforgavin #winformookie #winforbrusdar #winforriverryan #mikeysstandingsboard #Baseball #2024

Happy Wednesday, Dodger Family. The Dodgers have Walker Buehler on the hill tonight vs Corbin Burns, Burns when right is as good as anyone in the game. The Dodgers lost 3-2 last night but still hold a 3 game lead over both the dbacks and padres. With the Tyler Glasnow news about needing more time and rehab starts ,pitcher's like Walker Buehler and Bobby Miller become much more paramount to the Dodgers success heading into September. Yoshinobu Yamamoto will start a rehab assignment Wednesday so hopefully all goes well there and he doesn't have any setbacks. Freddie Freeman is considered day to day but where we are in the standings and our schedule I find it a bit more concerning then that. Other than that things are great in Dodger land (sarcasm) 🙃 Have a great day Dodger Family...
